The ideal candidate is compassionate, detail-oriented, and eager to grow in a practice focused on prevention, precision, and wellness. We're looking for a passionate dental hygienist who: Believes oral health is connected to total wellness Loves learning and self-improvement Thrives in a collaborative, growth-minded team Wants to help shape the future of patient care Schedule Monday 7-1 Thursday 1-7 Potential for some Fridays (8-2) and Saturdays (8-1) if interested. Compensation & Benefits $55-65/hr DOE Scrubs provided Two weekly bonus systems (hygiene-specific + office tiered) Role & Responsibilities You'll play a vital role in: Promoting preventative care and educating patients about oral-systemic health connections Building strong patient relationships rooted in trust and long-term wellness Contributing to a supportive, professional, and innovative team environment This position offers the opportunity to refine your clinical skills, leverage modern technology, and be part of a practice that values continuous improvement and overall patient well-being. Responsibilities include (but not limited to): Patient Assessment & Care Planning
  • Evaluate oral health status and create care plans Prophylaxis & Periodontal Therapy
  • Perform dental cleanings and provide periodontal therapy Patient Education
  • Teach patients about oral wellness and preventive strategies Treatment Documentation
  • Maintain accurate, detailed clinical notes Preventive Services Management
  • Deliver fluoride, sealants, curodont, SDF, and other preventive services Equipment Maintenance
  • Ensure hygiene equipment is well-maintained and ready for use Treatment Coordination
