Part-Time Esthetician — Microneedling with PDGF

Esthetic Finesse is hiring a Part-Time Licensed Esthetician with expertise in microneedling using Platelet-Derived Growth Factor (PDGF). You'll join a boutique medical aesthetics practice in Paradise Valley delivering advanced skin rejuvenation treatments to a discerning clientele. Schedule Mondays and Saturdays required. Sundays available for additional hours. Approximately 16 to 24 hours per week. Compensation $20 to $28 per hour, depending on experience, plus commission on services and retail. Employee discount on services and products. Responsibilities Perform microneedling treatments with PDGF following established clinical protocols. Conduct thorough client consultations to assess skin concerns and recommend appropriate treatment plans. Deliver additional esthetic services as needed (facials, peels, dermaplaning, etc.). Maintain strict sanitation, sterilization, and infection-control standards. Document client treatment notes accurately and confidentially. Educate clients on aftercare and home skincare regimens. Build long-term client relationships through exceptional service. Qualifications Active Arizona Esthetician license (required). Hands-on experience with microneedling; PDGF or PRP experience strongly preferred. Comfortable working in a medical aesthetics environment. Available Mondays and Saturdays consistently. Excellent communication and client-care skills. Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented. $20.00 - $28.00 per hour
