Part-time Handyman and Lawn Care

Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and skilled individual for the position of Part-time Handyman and Lawn Care. This role involves a variety of tasks related to landscape maintenance, lawn care, and general upkeep of both indoor and outdoor spaces. The ideal candidate will possess mechanical knowledge and experience with various tools and equipment necessary for effective maintenance and landscaping. They will be doing general property maintenance and lawn care for four properties as needed. The hours will be decently flexible, but some daytime availability is required as one of the properties can only be accessed during business hours. All properties are in Wayne County, WV, with 2 in Fort Gay, 1 in Kenova, and one in Huntington. This is an as needed job or PRN and there may be weeks we need more and some weeks we need nothing. Responsibilities Perform routine lawn care tasks including mowing, trimming, and edging to maintain healthy grass and landscapes. Conduct landscape maintenance activities such as planting, weeding, and mulching to enhance the aesthetic appeal of outdoor areas. Utilize hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment Maintain cleanliness and organization of tools and equipment after use. General home repair and upkeep
