Part Time Handyman

Job Summary We are seeking a reliable and versatile Part-Time Handyman to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing various areas of our facility, ensuring all spaces remain safe, functional, and well-presented. Responsibilities Perform routine maintenance and repairs, including minor plumbing, carpentry, and painting Complete light painting, gardening/landscaping, and general maintenance tasks Conduct general outdoor upkeep, including gutter and roof cleaning Perform minor HVAC maintenance and basic troubleshooting Assist with moving and rearranging furniture as needed Assist with facility improvement projects, including installations, upgrades, and preventative maintenance Maintain accurate records of work performed Follow all safety protocols during maintenance activities Qualifications Proven experience in facilities maintenance or general handyman work Basic knowledge of plumbing, HVAC systems, and general building maintenance Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Join our team as a Part-Time Handyman and use your skills to help maintain a safe, efficient, and welcoming environment!
