Part Time - Hotel Front Desk Agent (Night Audit)

Overview:

We are seeking a friendly and professional Front Desk Agent to join our team. As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive experience during their stay. This is a great opportunity for individuals with a passion for hospitality and excellent communication skills.

Duties:

Greet guests with a warm and welcoming attitude Check-in and check-out guests efficiently and accurately Provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally Assist with reservations and manage room assignment Maintain accurate records of guest accounts and transactions Process payments and handle cash transactions Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department or staff member Assist with night audit duties as required Ensure the front desk area is clean, organized, and presentable at all times

Qualifications:

Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities Proficient in using computer systems and software applications Bilingual language skills are a plus Knowledge of hotel operations and front desk procedures is an asset Ability to handle difficult situations with patience and professionalism We offer competitive pay based on experience.
