This role is ideal for someone who is very detail-oriented and is passionate about maintaining the elegance and charm of our guest suites and common areas. As a ten room boutique hotel we are a close-knit, supportive team where every member plays a crucial role in maintaining our high standards and intimate atmosphere. We offer competitive compensation and the opportunity to grow in a role that can expand into other areas of the hotel if desired.

Key Responsibilities :

• Clean and maintain guest suites and common areas to the highest standard of cleanliness and presentation
• Ensure all amenities are replenished and arranged according to hotel standards
• Handle laundry services on-site, including washing/drying, ironing, and folding
• Restock cleaning supplies and ensure proper inventory management
• Provide daily refresh services to guest as needed
• Work efficiently and professionally with the housekeeping team and other departments

Qualifications:

• Previous housekeeping experience in a hotel or luxury setting preferred
• Impeccable attention to detail and a strong work ethic
• Flexibility to work varying shifts
• Ability to communicate effectively and courteously with guests, ensuring a welcoming and professional atmosphere
• Ability to work independently but also communicating well with colleagues to maintain a smooth operation
• Comfortable navigating flights of stairs and lifting up to 30lbs
