Facilities Maintenance Manager Company Summary Bridge House is a small stabilization and assessment residential program for adults struggling with mental health illness and/or substance abuse issues. We are located in a peaceful and beautiful setting in Farmington, Utah. See www.bridgehousehealth.com for more information. We are looking for a part-time housekeeper to join our team. Primary Responsibilities The part-time houskeeper will work daytime hours (afternoons, M-F): 25-29 hours per week. Daily cleaning and maintenance of two adjacent residential treatment homes to make sure that they meet housekeeping sanitation requirements and provide a comfortable space for residents and employees. Job Duties Dusting and polishing furniture and fixtures Cleaning and sanitizing toilets, showers/bathtubs, countertops, and sinks Maintaining a clean and sanitary kitchen area Washing windows Vacuuming and cleaning carpets and rugs Sweeping/vacuuming, polishing, and mopping hard floors Using cleaning equipment such as vacuums, mops, and other cleaning tools and cleaning agents Keeping bathrooms stocked with clean linens, toiletries, and other supplies Cleaning mirrors and other glass surfaces Emptying trash receptacles and disposing of waste Monitoring cleaning supplies and ordering more as needed Reporting any necessary repairs or replacements Adhere strictly to rules regarding health and safety Other duties as assigned Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred Previous experience required, references requested Knowledge of and experience in cleaning and sanitizing Ability to work with little supervision and maintain a high level of performance Willingness to learn new cleaning methods and how to use various pieces of equipment Ability to adapt to different situations and change work processes to accommodate resident and staff needs Ability to accept feedback and make necessary adjustments Good listening and communication skills Prioritization and time management skills Reliability and maturity Organizational skills Attention to detail Integrity and honesty Physical strength and stamina to work extended periods Ability to bend, stretch, twist, reach, kneel, stoop, crouch, crawl Ability to walk up and down stairs repetitively Ability to lift, push, pull, or carry heavy objects up to 50 pounds Must pass background check Working Relationships Facilities Maintenance Manager, Bridge House staff Compensation is dependent upon experience.
