Job Description

Position Summary:
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our housekeeping team. This role is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of a corporate business plaza with multiple office suites and shared common areas. The ideal candidate will take pride in creating a clean, organized, and welcoming environment for employees and visitors while working both independently and as part of a team. This is a part-time position, typically consisting of 20-25 hours weekly and requires weekend availability.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform regular cleaning tasks including dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping. Disinfect high-touch surfaces such as door handles, countertops, light switches, and shared equipment. Clean and maintain office suites, conference areas, break rooms, restrooms, and other shared common areas. Empty trash and recycling regularly and replace liners as needed. Restock restroom and kitchen supplies including paper products, soap, and other essentials. Maintain cleanliness of glass surfaces, entryways, and high-touch areas to ensure a professional appearance throughout the plaza. Monitor cleaning supply inventory and report to Facilities Manager when supplies are running low. Help maintain a neat and organized storage area for housekeeping equipment and supplies. Support periodic deep cleaning projects for office suites and common customer areas. Follow company cleaning standards and safety protocols at all times. Assist with facility upkeep tasks and additional cleaning responsibilities as needed.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in housekeeping, janitorial, or commercial cleaning preferred. Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently. Comfortable working in a pet-friendly office environment with occasional exposure to dogs and other pets in common areas or office suites. Familiarity with commercial cleaning products, equipment, and procedures. Dependable, organized, and able to manage time effectively. Ability to maintain professionalism in an active business environment. Ability to perform physically demanding tasks such as lifting, bending, and prolonged standing. Ability to work well as part of a team.
Physical and environmental demands:
Regularly required to walk extended distances throughout the business plaza Regularly required to squat, kneel, push, pull and reach above and below shoulder level Regularly required to bend and twist at the neck and waist Regularly required to use hands to finger to perform simple grasping and cleaning tasks Regularly lift up to 50 lbs The pay range for this role is: 25 - 25 USD per hour(Corporate Location)
