This role is primarily childcare-focused, with approximately 75% of the day dedicated to caring for the children and the remaining time supporting light household and family assistant tasks as the day allows. The family is looking for someone calm, dependable, organized, and professional who can confidently support multiple age groups while helping the household run smoothly. Their oldest child is in school during the day, so care for them is only needed on school closure days. Schedule Preferred Schedule:

Monday-Thursday, 8 AM - 3 PM The family may also consider: Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday, 8 AM - 3 PM for the right fit A 1-year commitment to the agreed upon schedule is required. Responsibilities Provide warm, attentive, and reliable care for the children throughout the day Support daily routines including meals, naps, transitions, and playtime Engage the children in screen-free, age-appropriate activities including: Reading Outdoor play Creative projects Imaginative play Encourage independence, curiosity, and positive behavior through gentle and consistent guidance Maintain a calm, organized, and nurturing environment Work collaboratively alongside a parent who may be present in the home Provide simple daily updates regarding the children's day Keep child-related and shared spaces tidy and organized Assist with: Children's meals and snacks Children's dishes Light household organization Supporting the daily household flow during naps or independent play Family Environment This family truly values their caregiver and sees their nanny as an essential part of the household, not simply an employee.
