• Part-time, Contract About the Job The CoBuilders LLC is hiring a Part-Time Janitorial Cleaner to provide routine and seasonal cleaning services under a federal contract for the USDA Forest Service.

Old US 2 East, Watersmeet, MI 49936 These two buildings total approximately 5,960 square feet . This is a steady, low-hour contract ideal for individuals seeking part-time income with a predictable schedule. Schedule & Working Hours May-October (Visitor Center): Cleaning twice per week (2 hours per visit)

Scheduled Days:

Tuesday and Friday November-April (Visitor Center): Cleaning once per week (4-hour visit)

Thursday Bunkhouse:

Deep cleaned twice per year — scheduled in advance with government COR to notify tenants Special Annual Tasks (included): Carpet shampooing and window cleaning: Twice per year (May and October) Garbage can and picnic chair wipe-down: Once per year (Spring/Summer) Cleaning must be completed outside of business hours (before 7:00 a.m. or after 5:00 p.m.) Pay $20.00/hour

Estimated Monthly Pay:

~$346.40 (4 hours/week × 4.33 weeks/month × $20/hour) Paid monthly via direct deposit Additional compensation available for approved seasonal deep-cleaning activities Duties Sweep, mop, and vacuum all floor types Clean and disinfect restrooms Empty and reline trash and recycling bins Wipe down doors, counters, glass, tables, and chairs Restock toilet paper, soap, paper towels, and deodorizers (Visitor Center) Maintain janitor closet in clean and secure condition Conduct periodic seasonal tasks: Carpet shampooing (Visitor Center)

Supplies & Equipment Visitor Center:

All cleaning supplies and equipment provided by The CoBuilders Contractor responsible for restroom deodorizers

Bunkhouse:
