If you can handle the heat (literally and figuratively), keep up with a rush, and still crack a joke while flipping a perfect burger, we want you. What You'll Be Doing (Besides Looking Like a Kitchen Badass): Cooking. But like really well. If you think "medium rare" is a size, this gig might not be for you. Running a clean, organized kitchen — only controlled chaos allowed. Using kitchen equipment safely — including but not limited to knives, fryers, and yes, your own two hands. Working efficiently with the team — no divas, no lone wolves, just a dream team making magic happen. Checking deliveries, stocking like a pro, and ensuring we never run out of the good stuff. Keeping up with health and safety standards — because no one wants to see the Health Department more than necessary.

You Might Be Our Ideal Candidate If You:

Thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment (the more tickets coming in, the more exciting!) Have at least 2 years of cooking experience (or a freakish natural talent for making good food). Have the desire to get better and faster at every shift. Have solid knife skills (bonus points if you still have all ten fingers). Can lift 50+ lbs and don't make dramatic noises about it. Have a reliable transportation (or are really good at hitchhiking — we won't ask). Show up on time, in uniform, and ready to go. Are a team player who knows when to hustle and when to laugh.
