Everything else — running machines, folding sheets, handling pickup orders — is just how we do it. Some customers come in stressed. Some are in a hurry. Some want to chat. What You'll Do Greet every customer like you're glad they walked in (because you are) Help customers with self-service machines and digital payment systems Perform Wash-Dry-Fold (WDF) services with care and accuracy — we treat every customer's laundry like it's our own Manage pickup and delivery orders through our Cents platform Keep the space spotless — machines, folding areas, and customer spaces Cross-train on the café side and cover barista shifts when needed Flag maintenance needs or customer concerns to management early Who We're Looking For People who genuinely like people — this is the non-negotiable Reliable, detail-oriented, and unflappable when things get busy Able to lift up to 30 lbs and stay on your feet for extended periods Comfortable working independently and managing multiple tasks Open to cross-training on the café side (espresso machine, drinks, food safety) — we'll teach you everything Previous laundromat, retail, café, hospitality, or customer service experience is a plus, but the right attitude matters more Tipping Tips are kept by the team member who performs the service — both on the laundry side (WDF) and on the café side.
