Part Time Leasing Consultant - Weekends Required

PART-TIME LEASING CONSULTANT 20 HOURS PER WEEK - WEEKENDS REQUIRED

Eagle Management is looking for a part-time Leasing Consultant for our Coventry Glen Apartments property in Round Lake, IL.

MUST BE ABLE TO WORK BOTH SATURDAY

(10AM to 5PM)

AND SUNDAY

(12PM to 5PM)

ON A WEEKLY BASIS.

Plus, one day during the week from 9am to 5:30pm (preferably Mondays). This position will be eligible to receive competitive leasing commissions in addition to the base pay of $20 per hour . Our Leasing Consultants must be positive, outgoing, and truly love working with people.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Prepare leasing documents, lease applications, and verifications Process move-in paperwork and maintain accurate records Give tours of apartment units and the property to prospective tenants Answer incoming phone calls, emails, and greet future and existing tenants in a professional and welcoming manner Marketing the property

QUALIFICATIONS

1 to 2 years of sales/customer service experience (REQUIRED) 1 year leasing experience (preferred) Strong written and verbal communication skills

Pay:

$20.00 per hour
