Job Description

Part-Time Maintenance Person Needed. To maintain Pleasant Heights Apartments in top notch condition.
Duties include:
janitorial, grounds, painting, and minor plumbing and building repairs. Must be people oriented, self-motivated, and have their own reliable transportation, all other tools will be provided. Starting pay $18.00 - $20.00 pr hr depending upon experience. Computer/Cell phone email ability would be a plus.
