This position offers an exciting opportunity to apply your mechanical, electrical, and facilities maintenance skills in a fast-paced setting while developing your leadership capabilities. Duties Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on building systems, machinery, and equipment using schematics, electrical diagrams, and CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) software. Troubleshoot mechanical issues utilizing tools such as ohmmeters, welders, and other diagnostic devices to identify faults accurately. Conduct electrical repairs and installations, ensuring compliance with safety standards and technical specifications. Assist with residential painting projects and general facilities upkeep to maintain the property's aesthetic appeal. Support manufacturing or operational processes by maintaining equipment functionality and minimizing downtime. Use programmable logic controllers (PLCs) to troubleshoot automation systems and improve operational efficiency. Supervise or assist with small maintenance teams or contractors during repair projects, demonstrating leadership and ensuring quality work. Qualifications Proven experience in facilities maintenance, or related fields with a strong mechanical knowledge base. Skilled in reading schematics, electrical diagrams, and technical manuals. Hands-on experience with welding, electrical work, and residential painting is highly desirable. Ability to operate diagnostic tools such as ohmmeters confidently. Excellent communication skills in English for clear documentation and team collaboration. Supervising experience or leadership qualities that enable effective team coordination are a plus. Knowledge of programmable logic controllers (PLCs), schematics, and electrical systems enhances your ability to troubleshoot complex automation issues effectively.
