Part-Time Marketing & Admin Coordinator for Maui Restaurant Group

We are a growing Maui-based restaurant and food truck group looking for a reliable, organized, and creative Part-Time Marketing & Admin Coordinator to help manage our online presence, social media, Google listings, reviews, basic marketing tasks, and light office/admin work. This is a great position for someone who enjoys food, local businesses, social media, organization, and using modern tools like Canva, AI, Google Business Profile, and social media scheduling platforms. We are not looking for someone to just "post pretty pictures." We need someone who can help keep multiple brands organized, visible, current, and consistent online. Responsibilities Schedule Facebook and Instagram posts using Vista Social or similar tools Update Google Business Profiles for multiple restaurant and food truck brands Create simple Canva graphics for posts, promotions, menus, and announcements Upload and organize food photos and short videos Help create and post YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels, Facebook Reels, and Google updates Respond to online reviews using approved company templates Track missing photos, outdated hours, menu changes, and online listing issues Collect weekly photos, specials, and updates from managers Help keep websites, menus, online ordering links, and social pages accurate Assist with basic SEO tasks for local Maui searches Create simple weekly marketing reports Help with light admin tasks as needed Ideal Candidate The right person is: Extremely organized Reliable and self-motivated Good with social media Comfortable using Canva Comfortable learning AI tools like ChatGPT Able to follow checklists and systems Good at writing simple, clean captions Detail-oriented with hours, menus, links, and spelling Comfortable communicating with managers and team members Interested in restaurants, food, coffee, and local Maui businesses Able to work independently without constant supervision Experience Preferred Helpful experience includes: Canva Facebook and Instagram business pages Google Business Profile Vista Social, Later, Hootsuite, Buffer, or similar scheduling tools YouTube Shorts, Reels, or TikTok Restaurant, hospitality, food truck, or coffee shop experience Basic SEO or local marketing Basic website updates Admin or office experience You do not need to be an expert in everything, but you must be willing to learn quickly and stay organized. Requirements Must be reliable and consistent Must have your own laptop or computer Must have a smartphone with good camera/video ability Must be comfortable visiting restaurant/food truck locations when needed Must be able to communicate clearly by text, email, and shared documents Must be able to manage multiple brands and tasks Must be comfortable using online tools and learning new systems Weekly Tasks May Include Collecting photos and updates from managers Creating and scheduling social media posts Posting weekly Google Business Profile updates Responding to reviews Making simple Canva graphics Uploading short food videos Checking hours, menus, and online links Sending a weekly summary report Why Work With Us We are a local Maui company with multiple restaurant and food truck brands.
