Macungie, PA Job Details Part-time From $18 an hour 1 day ago Qualifications Spreadsheets Administrative experience Desktop applications Organizational skills Newsletters (communication methods) Business Administration Productivity software Query management Associate's degree Office experience Full Job Description Part-Time Office Admin Schedule of 3 Days a week, 8:30am to 2:00pm Daily as needed - 15-20 Hours Per Week. BDi Machinery Sales, Inc. is an importer of specialty agricultural equipment to meet the needs of fruit, vegetable, row-crop and nursery growers. We pride ourselves on being a partner to our customers and customers of our dealers, to provide them with the latest technological advances in agricultural specific equipment. We are seeking a Part-Time Office Admin to support our growing company.
Job Responsibilities:
1. Open office and workshop for staff 2. Answer incoming customer phone calls, take messages for sales, parts and service needs. Answer basic customer inquiries 3. Monitor sales email box for urgent customer needs 4. Check Phone Voicemail system for customer requests and document for staff actions 5. Process Parts Orders for customer fulfillment and shipping 6. Receive shipment orders from carriers and provide instructions for couriers 7. Proactive phone calls to existing customer base to inquire on goods and services needs 8. Perform data entry, and update records using QuickBooks software. 9. Follow Up on Account Receivable Past Due Invoices 10. Assist with parts inventory, as needed and annually 11. Retrieve USPS mail from box, and sort 12. Support company's social media presence with posting, sharing and liking content o Facebook o Instagram o LinkedIn o YouTube 13. Generate Monthly eNewsletter for customers 14. Review company website for issues, errors and updates. 15. Performs other relevant job duties as required Requirements Associates degree in Business or related field or comparable experience. Minimum of 2 years of experience in office administration or relevant experience Proficient in PC Platform with Microsoft Office software applications including Excel, Word and PowerPoint, and Database Query (ideally in QuickBooks) Strong and consistent attention to detail Strong organization skills Excellent communication skills Ability to work independently Friendly and positive attitude and demeanor Works well with others especially in a team setting
EOE Job Type:
Part-Time Schedule of 3 Days a week, 8:30am to 2:00pm Daily as needed - 15-20 Hours Per Week. Local Candidates Only - No remote
