Must know QB for thats most our whole patform. This role is perfect for someone who is computer savvy, detail-oriented, and eager to assist with organization, filing, and general office tasks. The ideal candidate will bring a positive attitude, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently. This position offers a flexible schedule and an opportunity to gain valuable office experience in a dynamic environment. Responsibilities Maintain organized filing systems, both physical and digital, ensuring easy retrieval of documents Assist with data entry and updating records using software such as QuickBooks and Google Workspace Support front desk operations, including greeting visitors and managing multi-line phone systems with professionalism and courtesy Handle clerical tasks such as photocopying, proofreading documents, and preparing correspondence Manage calendar appointments and coordinate scheduling for team members or clients Support basic bookkeeping activities, including invoice processing and expense tracking Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to inquiries via phone or email and supporting client needs Skills Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace tools Experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software preferred Excellent organizational skills with keen attention to detail and accuracy in filing and data entry Effective phone etiquette and experience managing multi-line phone systems in a professional setting Bilingual abilities are a plus for communicating with diverse clients or team members Previous office management or clerical experience is highly desirable Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently Ability to proofread documents carefully and maintain high standards of accuracy Familiarity with office equipment such as printers, scanners, and fax machines is beneficial Personal assistant or administrative support experience will be considered an asset Join us in creating a smooth-running office environment where your organizational talents can shine!
