Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and friendly Part-time Office Receptionist to join our dynamic team! As the first point of contact, you will manage front desk responsibilities, handle multi-line phone systems, and assist with various administrative tasks. Responsibilities Greet visitors warmly and direct them appropriately, maintaining a professional and approachable demeanor at all times Manage multi-line phone systems efficiently, answering inquiries promptly and routing calls accurately Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, mailings, and deliveries Maintain organized filing systems, data entry records, and document proofreading to ensure accuracy and confidentiality Support office management tasks such as calendar management, appointment scheduling, and basic bookkeeping using QuickBooks or similar tools Assist with clerical duties including typing reports, organizing files, and managing office supplies inventory Provide exceptional customer service by addressing questions or concerns with professionalism and enthusiasm Qualifications Proven experience in front desk or office reception roles with strong customer service skills Proficiency in computer literacy including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar), and data entry software Familiarity with multi-line phone systems and phone etiquette standards Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to assist diverse client needs Excellent organizational skills with keen attention to detail for proofreading and filing tasks Previous clerical or administrative experience preferred; office management or personal assistant experience is a plus Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment Ability to handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously while maintaining professionalism Join us in creating a welcoming atmosphere where every visitor feels valued!
