In this role, you will provide essential daily care and support to elderly or disabled individuals in the comfort of their own homes, helping them maintain independence, dignity, and quality of life. If you have a heart for service and a passion for helping others, we would love to hear from you. Responsibilities Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility Provide companionship and emotional support Prepare meals and assist with light housekeeping Observe and report changes in client condition to the care team Communicate ongoing care updates to the agency and family members Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable home environment Follow individualized care plans to ensure the highest quality of care Qualifications Active Home Care Aide (HCA) registration required Minimum of 2 years experience in personal care or related field preferred Compassionate, patient, and dependable demeanor Ability to build rapport and trust with clients Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently and follow care plans About Tender Home Health Tender Home Health is a trusted, California-licensed home health and caregiving agency dedicated to delivering compassionate, high-quality care to individuals in the comfort and safety of their own homes.
