Part-Time Painting and Light Maintenance

Our mission is to create an environment of respect, comfort, and dignity for all residents. Overview We are seeking a motivated Part-Time Painter with some light maintenance duties to join our team. This energetic role involves performing painting projects, along with light maintenance tasks to ensure our facility remains welcoming and well-maintained. The ideal candidate will bring enthusiasm, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic to help uphold the beauty and safety of our historic building. Responsibilities Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, caulking, and applying primer as needed Apply paint, stain, or finish using hand tools or airless paint spraying equipment on interior and exterior surfaces Perform light maintenance task. Experience Prior experience in residential or commercial painting is highly preferred Previous handyman experience or general maintenance background is desirable We value energetic team players who are eager to contribute their skills in painting and light maintenance tasks. Pay:

$17.00 - $18.00 per hour
