Part-time Personal Assistant - No Experience - $17.97/hr - M-F Days

Active adult female with physical disabilities hiring personal care assistants. I use a wheelchair and am mostly blind. No experience or specialized skills required. No heavy lifting. No medical tasks.

Work Schedule:

Monday through Friday, 9:00am

• 3:00pm (30 hours per week)
• 1 Person (flexible schedule); Evenings and Weekends
• 1-2 people (10
• 15 hours per person per week).

Job Tasks :

• Light housework
• Easy food prep
• Checking email and doing Internet tasks (Apple iPhone; Windows laptop)
• Assist with activities like dressing, showering, etc.
• Driving (using my minivan)

Other Details :

• No heavy lifting
• No medical tasks
• Work site at my home in Centreville, VA
• I am allergic to cigarette smoke, including second-hand from a person living with the applicant/employee.

• Applicant Qualifications:

• Legally allowed to work in the US
• 18 years of age or older
• Have a valid driver's license
• Have a good driving record
• Read, Write and Speak fluent English
• Be willing to learn on the job
• Have no allergies to dogs or horses (I have a service dog and ride horses regularly)
• Enjoy keeping busy & having fun
• Able to pass a criminal background check
