The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food preparation and a love for crafting delicious pizzas. This role requires creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. As a Pizza Cook, you will be responsible for ensuring that every pizza is made to perfection, adhering to our high standards of quality and presentation. Duties Prepare and cook pizzas according to established recipes and menu specifications. Manage food handling and safety practices to ensure compliance with health regulations. Assist in menu planning, including the development of new pizza recipes and specials. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including equipment and utensils. Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely service during peak hours. Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and assist with ordering supplies as needed. Provide exceptional customer service by accommodating special requests or dietary needs. Experience Previous experience as a cook in the food industry is preferred, particularly in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of culinary techniques, particularly in pizza preparation and cooking methods. Familiarity with food handling regulations and safety practices. Experience in fine dining or catering settings is a plus. Ability to work as part of a team while also being self-motivated.
