• Part-time We are looking for a part-time property manager 15 to 20 hours a week to be responsible for the direct management oversight of a 34 Unit All-age Manufactured Home Community.

Responsibilities Manage all aspects of assigned property Inspect and arrange maintenance to meet standards Maintain a positive, productive relationship with tenants Negotiate lease/contracts with contractors in a timely and reliable manner Accomplish financial goals and report periodically on financial performance. Skills Proven work experience as property manager In depth knowledge of all rules and regulations surrounding property management Customer focus and bottom line orientation Well organized with excellent time management skills
