Part Time Race Day Operations Crew Member

Job Summary Members of the Race Operations Team get the best seat in the house for our racing events. This is a position that requires you to be on your feet for hours at a time. This position requires the ability to work quickly on your feet. Your job would be assisting the track crew on the racetrack. The ideal candidate is a good listenter and excited to be part of a team. Duties Provide outstanding customer service to all guests, ensuring their needs are met promptly and professionally. Assist with events - ensuring smooth operation of the event. Engage with guests in a friendly manner, addressing any inquiries or concerns they may have. Utilize conflict management skills to resolve any guest issues or complaints effectively. Collaborate with team members to create a welcoming atmosphere for all visitors. Ensure safety protocols are followed. Requirements Must be available Friday Evenings, Saturdays and Sundays. Previous experience in drag racing is highly desirable. Must have your own transportation and be on time. Must be physically able to be on your feet for hours at a time. Must be able to push, pull and lift 50 lbs or more. Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.
