Part-Time Racking & Shipping Associate

Duties Operate forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks, and RF scanners safely to move stock within the warehouse Assist with order picking and packing using warehouse management systems Load and unload shipments efficiently, verifying contents against shipping documents Stock shelves, organize inventory, and maintain clear aisles for smooth warehouse flow Prepare packages for shipment by applying proper packaging techniques and labeling items correctly Support shipping & receiving processes by documenting inbound and outbound shipments through AS400 or similar systems Collaborate with team members to fulfill orders promptly while adhering to safety protocols and quality standards Skills Proven experience operating forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks, and RF scanners in a warehouse environment Inventory control and order processing Strong understanding of warehouse distribution, shipping & receiving procedures, and order fulfillment processes Ability to perform basic math calculations accurately for inventory counts and order quantities Experience with order picking, packing, and using order picker equipment Knowledge of stock management techniques including stocking, load & unload operations, and pallet organization Excellent attention to detail combined with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting This role is ideal for motivated individuals with warehouse experience who are eager to grow their skills in a supportive environment.
