Job Description

We are looking for a welcoming and organized Receptionist to support daily front-desk operations in a legal office setting. This Contract position is ideal for someone who enjoys creating a positive first impression while managing incoming calls and visitor interactions effectively. The role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to keep the reception area running smoothly in a part-time capacity.
M/W/F 8AM-1PM

15PM, On-site.
Responsibilities:
  • Greet visitors promptly and provide a courteous, detail-focused front-desk experience.
  • Manage a multi-line phone system, directing calls accurately and efficiently to the appropriate contacts.
  • Respond to inbound calls with clear communication and helpful service.
  • Handle routine receptionist tasks such as taking messages, transferring calls, and maintaining front office organization.
  • Support day-to-day administrative needs that help ensure smooth office operations.
  • Maintain a neat and presentable reception area for guests and staff.
  • Coordinate part-time front desk coverage while staying attentive to office priorities.
