This role is for an Advanced Practice Provider looking to work in skilled nursing facilities, physical medicine & rehabilitation, orthopedics, and geriatrics settings. New graduates will be considered!

• Part-time working 2-3 days per week with opportunity for telehealth
• Guaranteed base salary + wRVU
