Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Part-time RN Clinical Support to join our dynamic healthcare team. Riverbrook is a residential facility for developmentally disabled women dedicated to providing high-quality, person-centered care. The Registered Nurse supports the overall health and wellness of residents through clinical oversight, staff collaboration, and regulatory compliance. This position requires approximately 8-12 hours per week, depending on program needs and staff availability, primarily on weekends, with on-call responsibilities (Friday evening through Monday morning) and additional coverage as needed.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:
v Collaborates closely with the Executive Director of Clinical Services on all medical and health-related services, including clinical oversight, compliance, and quality assurance v Works in partnership with leadership to support staff with Responsibilities in Action (RIA) and MAP training, oversight, and compliance, including oversight of medication systems (ordering, storage, administration,documentation, and disposal) in accordance with MAP and state regulations. v Provides ongoing clinical guidance to staff, including advising, coaching, and responding to medical concerns (on-site and on-call) v Conducts routine health monitoring, including weekly assessments, monthly breast exams, and monitoring of ears and nail care as needed v Collaborates with program leadership to ensure accurate medical documentation, physician coordination, and follow-up care v Communicates relevant medical and behavioral information to the interdisciplinary team to be included in the ISP process and development of PBS plans v Provides staff education, in-service training, and maintains current knowledge of DDS, MAP, and RIA requirements v Supports referrals, family communication, and coordination with external healthcare providers as needed v Performs nursing assessments and interventions within scope of practice v Assists with coverage during RN absences and provides weekend on-call support, including phone guidance to staffMinimal Requirements:
