Minimum Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience operating floor scrubbers or similar cleaning equipment. Basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals and safety procedures. Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods. Strong attention to detail and reliability.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience working in consumer support or service environments. Certification in cleaning or janitorial services. Familiarity with environmentally friendly cleaning products and practices. Basic maintenance skills for minor equipment troubleshooting. Good communication skills to coordinate with team members and supervisors.

Responsibilities:

Operate and maintain floor scrubbers and other cleaning machinery to clean floors and surfaces effectively. Perform routine cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and trash removal in designated areas. Inspect facilities regularly to identify areas requiring additional cleaning or maintenance and report any issues promptly. Follow established safety protocols and use appropriate cleaning chemicals and equipment responsibly. Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure cleaning schedules are met and customer areas remain presentable.
