Part-time Seasonal Property Inspector

Job Overview We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Part-Time Seasonal Inspector to join our vacation rental team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working independently, staying organized, and helping maintain high standards for guest experiences.

Job Duties Include:

Follow a daily inspection schedule for vacation rental properties Inspect properties after housekeeping turnovers to ensure cleanliness and readiness for guests Check for maintenance issues and report them to the Housekeeping Manager through work orders Perform light cleaning touch-ups when needed Make beds and assist with property setup as needed Provide concierge-style services for one of our premier properties Ensure all properties meet company quality standards and guest expectations Complete inspection reports through company software Communicate with team members by phone as needed throughout the workday

Qualifications:

Strong attention to detail Dependable and punctual Able to work independently and manage time efficiently Comfortable using a cell phone for communication and reporting Must have a personal vehicle for traveling between properties Must have access to a cell phone to complete inspection reports through company software Must be flexible with scheduling, including weekdays, Saturdays, and occasional Sundays Previous housekeeping, inspection, or hospitality experience is a plus
