Job Description

We are looking for a Part-Time Secretary/Bookkeeper with the possibility to become full-time to join out team! Boring Transport Inc. is a small-town, friendly service trucking company located in Belleville Pennsylvania. We have been in business for over 85yrs providing our customers with professional, reliable service in the most efficient manner. We are looking for a Part-Time Secretary/Bookkeeper to join out team! This individual will assist with bookkeeping and other office duties.
Responsibilities:
included but not limited to:
  • Answering Phones
  • Payroll (QuickBooks)
  • Bookkeeping
  • Track mileage
Track Taxes Qualifications:
Previous experience is preferred in secretary and bookkeeping. QuickBooks experience
Schedule:
Mondays and Tuesdays 8:00-5:00pm 1 additional day based on availability (Position may become Full-Time)

$20.00 per hour
