Job Description

TriVista Rehab is a contract rehab company and outpatient therapy provider. We empower independence for our therapists and the patients that we serve. TriVista Rehab provides PT, OT, and SLP services to seniors in skilled nursing facilities, assisted living facilities, and the home. Speech Language Pathologists specialize in assisting people who have an illness, injury, or disability that affects their ability to communicate effectively in their environment. Speech Language Pathologists also address issues related to swallowing disorders. Treatment may focus on increasing intelligibility of speech, improving receptive and expressive language skills, using alternative or augmentative communication devices to facilitate better communication of wants and needs, addressing cognitive functioning, and improving swallowing safety through oral motor exercises and diet texture modifications.
Minimum Position Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited university.
  • Current state licensure/currently in process of obtaining licensure in this state.
  • At least two years of experience with the senior/geriatric population.
  • BLS/health provider CPR
  • Strives to positively represent their discipline and TriVista Rehab in the community.
  • Current Certificate of Clinical Competency (CCC) preferred.
