Job Duties:

Provide quality customer service and work towards the generation, promotion and maintenance of a quality work environment for the staff of Amarillo National Bank. Maintain a positive attitude and provide team support. Answer calls assisting customers and employees with problems or questions concerning accounts, loans and bank services. Answer calls from the public and promote bank services.

Requirements:

A high school education or equivalent is required. Previous bookkeeping experience preferred. Must have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a professional attitude toward customers and co-workers. Excellent customer service skills are required.
