Part Time Therapy Aide/ Office staff

We are looking for an Office staff/rehab aide that is motivated, energized, friendly, detail oriented, able to work in a busy multitasking environment. The employee will assist patients and therapists, check in patients, check patient's insurance as directed, data enter patients in the computer software, send patient monthly statements out as directed, Call doctor's office requesting documents as directed, answer patient phone calls, follows-up on marketing or any requested details, Assist therapist in getting started with insurance authorizations, Assist patients to set up on the exercise equipment, heat and cold packs, TENS units and so forth. Must assist therapists in getting rooms ready, rooming the patients, maintaining clean environment and assist therapists to move according to schedule smoothly. Employee must be friendly, be patient and have good communication skills, must be a good team player and dependable. Must assist with any other cross-functional teams as requested by the clinic manager.
