Evening/Night Shift Greater Phoenix Area Starting Pay:

$25/hour We are hiring Valet Trash Attendants across the San Tan Valley to service apartment communities on a consistent, fixed evening schedule . This role is ideal for dependable individuals who want steady evening work, clear expectations, and opportunities to earn more hours and advance based on performance. Schedule Sunday through Thursday Start time: 7:00 PM Fixed and consistent schedule (no rotating shifts) Candidates must be regularly available all five nights Valet Trash Attendants are responsible for: Collecting bagged trash and cardboard from residents' doorsteps Transporting materials to on-site dumpsters Using either: Your personal pickup truck , or A company-provided rolling cart Following property-specific service standards and routes Working efficiently and independently with minimal supervision Pay & Growth Starting at $25 per hour Clear promotion track Opportunities for additional hours are available only after demonstrating: Consistent attendance High-quality, reliable work Attention to detail and professionalism Preferred Experience (Not Required) Prior experience in waste management , valet trash , or multifamily/apartment communities is strongly preferred Candidates with relevant experience may advance more quickly based on performance Job Requirements Must be physically capable of walking long distances, lifting, and repetitive motion Able to work outdoors, rain or shine , year-round Reliable transportation to job sites Ability to work independently and follow instructions Evening availability Sunday-Thursday is mandatory Important Notes This is a physically demanding job You will be handling trash on a nightly basis This position is well-suited for individuals looking to earn extra income in the evenings Work is performed outdoors and in all weather conditions If you're looking for steady evening income, competitive pay, and a clear path to grow with a company that values consistency and quality, we encourage you to apply.
