Freelance Videographer — Personal Brand & Business Content About the Opportunity Manta Search is looking for a talented freelance videographer to collaborate with on an as-needed basis to support the growth of a personal brand closely tied to the business. This is not a traditional employment role — you'll be engaged project-by-project or per session, with full flexibility on both sides. The primary focus right now is short-form content for LinkedIn and Instagram, with plans to expand into long-form YouTube videos and personal brand vlogs down the road. What You'll Help With Film and edit short-form vertical and horizontal video content for LinkedIn and Instagram Reels Capture thought leadership, behind-the-scenes, and day-in-the-life moments Handle post-production: color grading, audio, captions, and platform-optimized exports Help maintain a consistent visual style that reflects the personal brand and business identity Assist with batch shoot sessions to maximize efficiency As the relationship grows, support YouTube content including educational videos and personal brand vlogs Bring awareness of current trends and platform best practices to each session What I'm Looking For A strong portfolio of short-form social video content (LinkedIn, Instagram Reels, or TikTok) Proficiency in editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or equivalent) A good eye for framing, lighting, and storytelling Ability to help the on-camera subject feel natural and comfortable Own equipment (camera, lighting, audio) preferred — open to discussing on a case-by-case basis Self-directed, reliable, and easy to communicate with

Bonus:

experience with YouTube, vlog-style, or long-form branded content Schedule & Availability Completely flexible — this is a freelance, as-needed engagement. Some months may be more active than others. Shoot sessions will be on-location or studio where suggested; editing can be handled remotely on your own time.
