  • Partnership for Democracy & Education (MA) Introduction The Partnership for Democracy & Education (PDE) is seeking a Partnerships Manager to lead the development and execution of PDE\'s communications strategy across its multi-entity ecosystem.
This role shapes how PDE communicates its mission, strategy, and impact to funders, partners, and the broader field, sitting at the intersection of strategy, storytelling, and influence. Position details:
  • Reports to: Director of Operations
  • Location:
    Massachusetts (Remote with periodic in-person meetings and statewide travel)
  • Travel:
    Expected in remote office with team at least twice per week, plus regional and national travel to conferences and board meetings up to six times per year
  • Experience required: 5-7+ years in strategic communications, narrative strategy, development, or related roles within nonprofit, philanthropic, advocacy, or civic engagement organizations
  • Salary:
    \$105,000
  • \$115,000 (firm)
