Sun Harley-Davidson is seeking an experienced and customer-focused Parts & Accessories Associate to join our team. We are specifically looking for candidates with prior Harley-Davidson dealership experience who understand the Harley lifestyle, products, and customer expectations. As a Parts & Accessories Associate, you'll help riders find the right genuine Harley-Davidson parts, accessories, apparel, and gear while delivering an exceptional customer experience in a fast-paced dealership environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet customers promptly and professionally in the Parts & Accessories department. Assist riders in selecting genuine Harley-Davidson parts, accessories, apparel, and riding gear. Process parts orders, special orders, and inventory requests accurately and efficiently. Maintain organized, visually appealing, and brand-compliant merchandise displays. Work closely with the Service Department regarding parts availability and repair needs. Receive, stock, and track incoming inventory shipments. Operate point-of-sale systems and complete transactions accurately. Deliver exceptional customer service while upholding Harley-Davidson brand standards.

Required Qualifications:

Previous Harley-Davidson dealership Parts & Accessories experience required. Strong knowledge of Harley-Davidson motorcycles, OEM parts, accessories, MotorClothes®, and riding gear. Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills. Customer-focused attitude with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Ability to work Tuesday-Saturday schedule. Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn dealership software systems. Motorcycle endorsement preferred.
