Vernal, Utah Employment Type:
Full-Time (Monday - Friday) ​About the Role We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Parts Advisor to join our team in Vernal, Utah. The Parts Advisor plays a key role in supporting our service department, technicians, and retail customers by providing accurate parts information, ordering components, and maintaining inventory for Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, and Ram vehicles. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced dealership environment, has strong organizational skills, and values excellent customer service in a small-town community. Responsibilities Assist customers and service technicians in identifying and purchasing correct automotive parts and accessories Maintain knowledge of Stellantis/Mopar parts catalogs and systems Process parts orders, invoices, returns, and warranties accurately Receive, stock, and organize incoming inventory Monitor inventory levels and assist with cycle counts and inventory control Coordinate with the service department to ensure timely parts availability for repairs Provide exceptional customer service both in person and over the phone Maintain a clean, organized, and safe parts department Follow dealership policies and manufacturer procedures Skills ​
Communication:
Exceptional verbal and written skills. You should be as comfortable talking to a rancher as you are a corporate fleet manager. ​
Organization:
The ability to juggle multiple phone lines, walk-in customers, and technician requests without losing your cool. ​
Integrity:

Experience:
