Parts Advisor

We're looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Parts Advisor to join our team and play a critical role in ensuring our customers receive the high-quality service and support they've come to expect.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Support:

Provide professional and courteous assistance to customers, answering inquiries about parts availability, pricing, and order status.

Order Fulfillment:

Accurately locate, pull, and process customer orders promptly while verifying pricing and invoicing details.

Inventory Management:

Monitor stock levels, place orders for new parts, and keep inventory organized and current.

Product Knowledge:

Stay up to date with product lines, manufacturer updates, and changes to ensure the correct parts are recommended, ordered, and stocked.

Proactive Outreach:

Follow up with customers on outstanding orders, ensuring satisfaction and building lasting relationships.

Team Contribution:

Assist with physical inventory counts, maintain a clean and organized parts department, and collaborate with the team to improve operational efficiency.

Problem Solving:

Research and resolve customer complaints in a timely and effective manner.

Qualifications:

Experience with tractor, mower, and construction equipment parts is highly preferred. Strong customer service and communication skills. Ability to lift and carry items up to 50 lbs. as needed. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities. Familiarity with inventory management and ordering processes is a plus.
