Parts and Accessories Advisor

Cross Country Powersports is looking for a motivated, customer-focused Parts & Accessories Advisor to join our growing team. If you have a passion for motorcycles, ATVs, side-by-sides, and powersports culture — and enjoy helping customers customize and maintain their rides — we want to hear from you. We are a fast-paced dealership representing some of the top brands in the industry, and we're looking for someone who thrives in a team environment, stays organized, and delivers excellent customer service.

THE ROLE

• Assist customers in-person, over the phone, and online with parts and accessory purchases Accurately look up parts using manufacturer Recommend upgrades, accessories, and add-on products based on customer needs and riding style Support the service department by pulling and invoicing parts for repair orders Support the sales department by building accessory quotes and helping outfit new unit purchases with accessories Merchandise showroom displays and keep the parts/accessories department clean, organized, and visually appealing Stay current on product knowledge and new accessories and manufacturer promotions Assist with cycle counts and inventory management tasks throughout the year Qualifications Powersports, automotive, or dealership experience preferred Strong customer service and communication skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Basic computer skills and ability to learn dealership software Passion for motorcycles and powersports is a huge plus Detail-oriented and dependable What we offer:• Employee discounts Health Insurance Paid time off, work your way up to 4 weeks a year Hourly pay + Commissions Overtime after 40 hours
