Parts and Service Customer Specialist Western Branch Diesel Beaufort, NC $20.00 - $30.00 per hour Western Branch Diesel, a subsidiary of Indel Power Group, has an opening for a Parts and Servicer Specialist at our location in Beaufort, North Carolina. This individual will be organized with the ability to multi-task and possess good customer and communication skills. Key Responsibilities Provide administrative assistance to support the service and parts team Assist in maintaining regular cycle counting of all inventory to maximize accuracy. Promptly address and resolve customer concerns and service follow-up issues Excellent customer service skills Advise and assist in maintaining adequate stock on hand to maximize initial first-fill rates while keeping inventory annual turn-rates at defined and acceptable levels overall.
