Parts Associate A well-established equipment and parts provider in the Columbia Falls area is seeking motivated individuals to join their team. They specialize in supporting customers with quality equipment solutions, dependable service, and a strong focus on keeping operations running smoothly for a wide range of industries. The Parts Associate works directly with customers, service technicians, and vendors to identify, source, and supply heavy equipment parts and accessories. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, organized, mechanically inclined, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Pay:

$20 to $26/hour, depending on experience

Schedule:

Full-time, Monday through

Friday Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

Assist customers with parts inquiries, orders, and product support in person, by phone, and via email Identify and source parts for heavy equipment, skid steers, excavators, loaders, and related machinery Process parts orders, invoices, returns, and warranty claims while maintaining accurate records Coordinate with service technicians and shop staff to ensure timely parts availability and job support Receive, stock, organize, and track inventory, including cycle counts and staging parts orders Maintain a clean, safe, and organized parts department Assist with hydraulic hose assembly and other shop-related support tasks as needed

Qualifications:

Previous experience in parts, automotive, agricultural, diesel, or heavy equipment industries preferred Strong customer service, communication, and relationship-building skills Mechanical aptitude with the ability to learn equipment systems and components Proficient with computers and able to learn parts lookup and inventory software Highly organized with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Ability to work independently and as part of a team while meeting physical demands, including lifting up to 75 lbs. and working in a shop or warehouse setting Get in touch!
