Parts Coordinator - John Deere North American Parts Distribution Center This is a high-impact, long-term 1+ year contract opportunity paying up to $20/hr . In this role, you will be the key link between physical inventory and digital specifications, ensuring that every part in the warehouse is accurately measured and documented to optimize global packaging and shipping operations.

Position Details & Compensation Pay Rate:

Up to $20/hr (W2).

Location:

100% Onsite at the East Peoria facility (600 W Camp St).

Duration:

1+ Year.

Shift:

1st Shift.

Core Responsibilities Data Specification:

Measure physical parts in the warehouse and input high-accuracy data into the John Deere packaging specification application.

Issue Resolution:

Coordinate the resolution of parts problems between the distribution center, factories, and dealers regarding identification, mixed stock, or defective items.

Operational Support:

Support offsite packaging operations with a focus on safety, quality, and productivity projects.

Warehouse Logistics:

Drive a Cushman (small battery-operated utility vehicle) to navigate the facility and transport parts or tools.

Physical Execution:

Remain on your feet for approximately 70% of the day and lift parts weighing up to 50 lbs.

Required Skills & Experience Technical Literacy:

Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and the ability to use simple software applications independently.

Analytical Skills:

Ability to look at data sets and make sound decisions based on physical measurements.

Warehouse Comfort:

Comfortable working in a high-traffic warehouse environment while following all PPE requirements (safety glasses, gloves, and metatarsals).

Education:

High School Diploma or equivalent required. What Makes You Stand Out An Associate or Bachelor's degree in Business or Supply Chain (Manager is open to recent graduates !). Experience working with Warehouse Management Systems, specifically SAP . Proficiency across the full Microsoft Office Suite. Previous experience in quality control or inventory auditing.
