Parts Counter Associate

Overview We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Counter Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing exceptional service and support while assisting them with their lawn and garden, agriculture and powersport needs. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a passion, ensuring that each customer leaves satisfied with their experience. Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and assist them in identifying their parts and service needs. Utilize sales management techniques to effectively promote products and services. Maintain an organized inventory system, ensuring accurate stock levels and timely replenishment. Perform retail math calculations to provide customers with accurate pricing and billing information. Handle phone inquiries with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette. Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience from start to finish. Keep the sales counter area clean, organized, and stocked with necessary materials. Experience Agriculture, Lawn & Garden, part sales. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with customers. Ability to perform basic math calculations accurately for sales transactions.
