Parts Counter Specialist - Agricultural Equipment West Plains Inc. | Bowman, ND Full-Time | $16-$30 per hour (Based on Experience) 100% Employee-Owned Company Join a Growing Employee-Owned Agricultural Equipment Team West Plains Inc. is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Parts Counter Specialist - Agricultural Equipment to join our team in Bowman, North Dakota. As a certified Case IH dealership and one of the largest privately owned agricultural equipment dealers in North America, we are committed to investing in our employees and supporting long-term career growth. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping customers, solving problems, and working in a fast-paced dealership environment. Compensation & Benefits $16-$30 per hour based on experience 100% Employee-Owned Company Employer-paid health insurance Dental, vision, life, short-term disability, and long-term disability coverage 401(k) with employer match Paid time off, paid sick leave, and holidays Uniforms provided Competitive, stable hourly pay Supportive, team-oriented work environment Opportunities for training and advancement What You'll Do Process parts orders, returns, warranties, and credits Assist customers in person, by phone, and electronically with parts needs Handle incoming freight shipments and process purchase orders Source and procure parts from internal and external suppliers Provide accurate and timely parts support to service technicians and customers Maintain organized records of orders, inventory, and transactions Deliver excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment Support overall dealership operations as needed What We're Looking For Strong communication and customer service skills Excellent attention to detail and organizational ability Basic computer skills and willingness to learn dealership systems Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Self-motivated and team-oriented mindset Agricultural or equipment parts experience is a plus, but not required Physical Requirements Ability to lift up to 60 pounds Ability to stand for extended periods Comfortable working in a shop/dealership environment Why Work at West Plains Inc.?
