We're looking for a Parts Counterperson to join our team! In this role, you'll assist both customers and technicians in locating and purchasing the correct parts needed for repairs and maintenance. Key Responsibilities Greet customers and service technicians in a professional and friendly manner Identify and locate the correct parts using catalogs and computer systems Provide pricing, availability, and product information Process orders, returns, and warranty claims accurately Maintain stock levels and participate in inventory control Assist with receiving and organizing incoming parts shipments Communicate effectively with the service and sales departments to ensure timely delivery of parts Other duties as assigned by management. Previous experience in an automotive parts department is preferred Strong knowledge of automotive components and systems Familiarity with parts lookup and dealership software (e.g., CDK, Reynolds & Reynolds, Dealertrack) Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for long periods High school diploma or equivalent Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
