Parts Counterperson | Monday - Friday Schedule

Performance Toyota Fairfield is seeking an experienced, detail-oriented Parts Counterperson to join our Parts Department. This is an excellent opportunity for a proven professional to bring their expertise in automotive parts and customer service to a team that values knowledge, accuracy, and efficiency.

Position Overview:

This is a hands-on role for an experienced automotive Parts Counterperson with a proven track record in parts operations and customer service. You will be responsible for providing expert support at the parts counter, managing inventory processes, and ensuring prompt, accurate service to technicians and retail customers.

Compensation:

Hourly | $22.00•$26.00 Pr. Hr. Commission Based | $45,000•$55,000 Annually (experience-based)

Work Schedule:

Monday•Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Every 6th Saturday in Rotation | 7:00 AM to 3:00

Requirements:

Responsibilities:

Support customers and technicians at the parts counter Accurately identify, source, and process automotive parts orders and returns Maintain inventory accuracy through regular stock checks and organization Collaborate with service technicians to ensure timely parts delivery Resolve customer questions and issues quickly and professionally

Qualifications:
