Full-Time Position Overview Drytech is seeking a dependable Parts Driver to support daily logistics and manufacturing operations. This role is responsible for the safe and timely transportation of parts, materials, and documentation. When not actively driving, the individual will provide hands-on support within the manufacturing and shop environment to help maintain production flow. This position is critical to schedule execution and requires an individual with an impeccable driving record, strong time discipline, and the ability to follow directions precisely. Key Responsibilities Driving & Deliveries Safely transport parts, materials, and paperwork to and from suppliers, customers, and internal locations. Follow assigned routes, delivery instructions, and schedules without deviation. Ensure accurate pickups and deliveries, including verification of quantities and documentation. Maintain cleanliness and professionalism of company vehicles. Immediately report delays, issues, or discrepancies. Manufacturing & Shop Support (Non-Driving Time) Assist manufacturing personnel with general shop support tasks as needed. Move materials, parts, and work-in-process between departments. Prepare parts for shipment or production (labeling, packaging, kitting). Maintain cleanliness and organization of shop and staging areas. Assist with inventory organization and material restocking. Support supervisors with basic non-technical tasks to keep operations running smoothly. Follow all safety, quality, and handling procedures at all times. Quality & Compliance Awareness Support Drytech's AS9100 quality system by properly handling, labeling, and transporting materials. Maintain part traceability and documentation integrity. Handle customer and internal materials professionally and confidentially.Qualifications & Requirements Required:
Valid driver's license Impeccable driving record (clean MVR required) Strong ability to follow instructions and schedules precisely Exceptional punctuality and time management Ability to work independently and take direction Professional demeanor and strong reliabilityPreferred:
Prior delivery or courier experience Experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment Familiarity with NJ / PA local delivery routes Physical Requirements Ability to lift up to 40 lbs Ability to stand, walk, and perform light manual tasks throughout the day Ability to frequently enter and exit a vehicle Ideal Candidate Traits Highly reliable and disciplined Safety-focused and detail-oriented Comfortable supporting multiple areas of operation Takes pride in being dependable and helpful Understands that consistency and timeliness matterSimilar remote jobs
